• A code is created that employees scan when arriving and when leaving the job site, for example when locking up.
• You can then set the ‘Alert on Scan’ feature so that you’ll receive an email or text message as soon as they arrive.
• If they are late, or worse don’t show up when they should, then you’ll know right away.

By using ScanChex^®, there is no unnecessary ‘confrontation’ with your employees – they either scanned the code on time or they did not, and therefore must account for the time for which you’re paying them. Now you can avoid paying for time not worked or excessive & perhaps unauthorized overtime.
